The Pop Star Portrays a Hell Version of Herself in Mockumentary Preview
The celebrated musician is preparing for a substantial cinematic appearance in 2026, starting with the satirical film titled The Moment.
Within the project, Charli embodies what she describes as a twisted version of her own persona.
It’s the most authentic portrayal of the entertainment world that I’ve ever encountered, Charli remarked.
She further explained in a conversation: This isn’t a concert film, but the idea originated from the demand to produce one.
An Early Look into The Project
The initial preview, unveiled on this week, combines actual recordings from her recent tour with made-up backstage scenes.
The Moment is overseen and co-authored by the director, who revealed that the plot revolves around a reality where Charli took completely different paths throughout the promotion of her smash hit album Brat.

A Hectic Film Calendar
The film is a single one of many future screen roles for the musician, who recently featured in three cinematic festival entries recently.

Next year will also see the artist alongside Olivia Wilde in romantic thriller I Want Your Sex, Natalie Portman in gallery suspense The Gallerist, and Barbie Ferreira in terror reimagining Faces of Death.
She also agreed to appear in the actress’s maiden directing project A Tree in Blue.
I am really enjoying my acting journey, she stated. I feel very, very inspired right now in this area, and I only ever choose to take on projects that excite me.

Next February will also bring the launch of the director’s version of Wuthering Heights, which will include new music from the singer.
Additionally, she will provide music for the drama Mother Mary, with Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel, planned for launch next year.
The film is set to premiere on January 30.
